SEB Kort:
SEB Kort, with headquarters in Sweden, is a subsidiary wholly-owned by SEB, with branches in Finland, Denmark and Norway. SEB Kort has the overall responsibility for the credit card business, both issuing and acquiring.
SEB Kort is the leader in the Nordic market, supplying a number of well-known brands such as Eurocard, Euroline och Diners Club. SEB Kort has the exclusive right to issue Eurocard credit cards in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Also, it has the exclusive right to issue and acquire Diners Club credit cards in the countries mentioned above and in Finland and the Baltic States. SEB Kort, employing 785 staff, had a turnover of 28bn EURO in 2007.
Card issuing and acquiring make up areas that are vital to SEB from a strategic point of view. SEB Kort can pride itself on showing a very high degree of operating efficiency and profitability, due to its commitment to continuous development on a large-scale basis.
