To facilitate the chargeback handling, our Chargeback Department make a first review of all incoming disputed transactions and if possible resolve or represent these to the issuer without your involvement.

All handling of disputed transactions regardless of countries of sale is carried out by our Chargeback Department, dedicated not only to resolve chargeback issues in the most efficient way possible but to help you as a Merchant minimize your risk. This is achieved mainly by the member's experience in addition to their analysis of all historical data pertaining to your sales enabling you to prevent future chargeback cases.

Inquiries - Airlines

For our Airline Merchants we are usually able to fulfil a request for information by using the additional transaction information submitted to us by the airline. In case it is insufficient in any way, only then do we contact the airline and ask for more detailed information in order to represent transaction data to the card issuer.
